We are looking for an organized and reliable office supervisor to perform administrative tasks and oversee staff to ensure that all office tasks run smoothly and in a timely manner. The Office Supervisor's responsibilities may include
- Recuit, train, and evaluate online Quran teachers, ensuring they are qualified and effective in their roles.
- Supervise and coordinate the online Quran teaching program, including class scheduling, teacher assignments and student progress monitoring.
- Handle student inquiries, resolve issue, and provide guidance on Quran Learning resources.
- Monitor teaching quality, provide feedback, and implement improvements to maintain high standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online classes and ensure smooth delivery of lessons
- Liaise with parents, students and teachers to ensure effective communication and resolve any concerns.
- Prepare reports on student progress, teacher performance and program effectiveness.
- Contribute to marketing efforts to promote the online Quran academy.
