Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions
- Flexible to work in different shifts (24/7)
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's, preferably Master’s in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable
Experience: Fresh or up to 1 year, Preferably Financial / Mutual funds industry
Gender: Male / Female
Skill Required:
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent customer service/ negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Proficiency in Ms. Office
- Ability to learn about products and services
