• Prepare and process monthly payroll Responsible to all compensation and benefits related matters of Employees
  • Conduct HR internal & external Audit Monthly circulation of HR reports Handling of HR Matters related to group health and life insurance of employees (Addition/Deletion and claims)
  • Performance reviews of all employees 
  • Maintain personal files and leave records
  • Managing official vehicles, their periodic maintenance, insurance, fuel etc.
