Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Care Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound customer service inquiries and outbound sales calls. Your ability to build rapport, address customer needs, and effectively communicate our products/services will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Inbound Customer Care:

Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information about products or services.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Outbound Sales:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Negotiate prices and terms.
Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
