- Review digital evidence in line with given standards, policies and guidelines.
- Review cases using provided digital tools.
- Ensure to raise a flag if there is a discrepancy.
- Log the discrepancy and provide reason for non-conformity.
- Request further information or amended document from the client.
- Write reports and review resubmitted evidence by the client.
- Multitask, prioritise and manage your daily caseload.
- Work as a team member, help and support others where required.
- Use Customer Complaints System and Business Support System to upload finalized cases.
Skills Required:
- Able to think on their feet and think logically.
- Eye for detail, able to pinpoint discrepancies.
- Use cognitive skills while making decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Able to speak with clarity and confidence.
- A multitasker with the ability to work as a team.
- Tech Savvy with hands on experience of Microsoft Office Tools & Google Docs.
