We are a USA based company that is looking for a remote Booking Keeping and Payroll specialist who will perform accounting tasks as well as other administrative tasks required by the company.
Position will need the employee to work 8 to 5 USA Central time hours.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining clients’ books of accounts by recording bank and credit card statements in Quickbooks
- Create weekly Payroll for all employees of clients in Quickbooks
- Prepare quarterly Payroll Tax filings
- Assist in creating Personal and Business Tax Returns
- Prepare monthly financial reports such as Profit and Loss Statements and Balance sheets
- Maintain Employees Documents and employee packages
- Communicate with clients via emails, VOIPS and Teams web meetings
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by manager
- The candiate must be proficient in speaking english with foreign clients based out of USA.
- The candidate must be proficient in Quick books. Should know how to setup Quick books and make entries.
- The candidate should be energetic to grow and learn more and take on more responsibilities to grow.
- The candidate should be able to follow instructions and work on assigned tasks.
- The candidate must be proficient in technology applications like word, excel etc.
