We are seeking experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, offering our customers top-notch services and solutions from major telecom providers in the USA. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, recommend the best products and services, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing information on telecommunications products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our partner telecom companies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing sales on products such as internet, TV, and phone services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services from companies like AT&T, Verizon, Horizon, Optimum, DirectTV, Spectrum, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
