The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing Accounts and Tax Operations for Timely Payment to Vendors and Government Department.
- Maintaining Transactions and Records in ERP.
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
- Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Analyze inter-company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices.
- Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, and profit & loss statement.
- Quarterly Advance Income Tax u/s 147 Calculation.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Dealing with banks and other institutions.
- SECP registrations, filing, and related tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- ACCA preferred
