We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Immigration & Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration services, specializing in USA, Canada, UK and Schengen visa processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of visa procedures, and a proactive approach to guiding clients throughout their immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Consultation:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on USA, Canada,UK and Schengen visa types, requirements, and eligibility.
- Assess and advise clients on documentation, processes, and potential visa success rates.
Application Processing:
- Handle complete visa application processes from initial documentation to final approval.
- Ensure that all applications comply with the latest immigration policies and regulations.
Client Support:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide thorough information on application statuses and next steps.
- Offer clear, step-by-step support to clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Verify client documents for authenticity and completeness to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Keep abreast of updates to immigration policies, adapting processes to reflect any changes.
Follow-Up & Coordination:
- Maintain communication with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as required.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
Market Insights & Client Outreach:
- Analyze market trends, understand competitive offerings, and suggest strategies to improve client engagement.
- Participate in outreach activities to attract new clients and expand Rozi.com's immigration services reach.
Requirements:
Gender: Male/female
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in immigration consulting, with a focus on USA,Canada, UK and Schengen visa processes.
Educational Background: To the related field.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of USA,Canada,UK and Schengen immigration laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and an ability to handle confidential information.
