ACE Money Transfer is UK based company with its headquarters in Manchester, United Kingdom. The company is an online remittance service provider for customers out of the UK, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, including Switzerland. We are looking for an individual with preferrable relevant experience in assisting along with the following qualities:

- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
