This is a full-time Talent Acquisition internship role situated in Lahore. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Tech BPO, you will assist in the recruitment and hiring process. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate profiles. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and an opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
