Job Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Age: 27-35 years
- Graduation degree required
- No family/personal commitments during working hours
- Freshers are Welcome: Candidates with a passion for learning and exceptional commitment are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Relevant experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is paramount.
- Power back-up
- Good/High internet speed (at least above to 10 Mbps)
- Good specification holding laptop/PC
- Buzzing-free headset with speaker
Working Hours:
- 10 am - 7 pm Pakistan time
- 6 days a week
- Flexibility required for extra hours if necessary to cover a shift
Advanced Duties (Over Time):
- Rechecking and assigning fares to trips
- Handling accounts
- Managing a customer database
- Designing fares for specific routes
- Maintaining driver/staff records
- Managing the website/business visibility
- Conducting meetings with the team
- Communicating with and educating drivers
- Other general tasks as required
Training and Selection Process:
- Immediate onboarding
- 3-day unpaid training
- Selection based on passion, dedication, job commitment, time management, and punctuality.
- Freshers Welcome: Individuals new to the field are also invited to apply, but only if they demonstrate eagerness to learn and work with dedication.
- Experience: Experience in the relevant field may be preferred.
Compensation:
- Probationary period salary: PKR 25,000 for the initial 3 months
- Salary can increase but based on performance even within the probationary period
Joining Date:
If selected, the joining date will be considered the first day of training.
Role Characteristics:
Not a heavy role, but requires common sense and smart working skills.
