Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and management of tenancy agreements and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant and landlord information.
  • Handle inquiries from tenants and landlords via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage rent collection processes and assist in resolving any payment issues.
  • Support the team in managing maintenance requests and coordinating with service providers.
  • Update and maintain office filing systems.
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
