Responsible for managing and processing motor insurance claims efficiently with coordination of all divisions. Effectively handle end to end settlement of claims and dispute cases as per the SOPs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide assistance in managing Claim Operations. (Scrutiny/ Payment)
  • Coordinate with Banks/Leasing Firm & Insured Surveyor for the completion of required documents.                                    
  • Scrutinize regarding claims with Surveyor/Repairer.
  • Coordinate with all divisions regarding requirements (requisites before approval) 
  • Follow up outstanding Claims and collect update status from surveyors on weakly basis.
  • Follow up of surveyor status regarding quires.
  • Coordinate with Divisional Heads, Surveyors, Sales staff and workshop to resolve claim process and payments issues.
  • To make adjustment entry (closed files) to minimize outstanding claims.
  • Telephone Calls to Individual and workshop to collect cheques

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Working experience with General Insurance Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of knowledge of motor insurance claims processes, policy coverage, and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple claims efficiently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 06 Months – 02 Years of experience in motor claim handling within the insurance industry
