- Perform the specific inspection on materials & products as per requirements of design & customer requirements Fills & maintain the relevant quality records,writes & sends to mqa non conformances reports.
- Perform process,in-process, final inspection of product & report the non-conformances to mqa.
- Assist mqa to complete the 8d reports against the rejection of Recertification of molds
- Make sure all process will be done under guidelines of qms.
- Pay disciplinary action (s) when significant deviation his observed in case of one or more of the following areas; safety,quality,productivity,quarreling and waste of productive time.
- Assist mqa to fulfill the targets (kpi's) as agreed between dir.(ops &ceo)Implement and maintain 5s in his department as per requirement of organization
- Any special assignment/task given by mqa,dir. (ops) & ceo.EO.
