We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for Real Estate Marketing to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the real estate market.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leadership.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
