You’ll drive property sales and enhance our market presence. Success means meeting sales targets, executing effective marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships. Your role is key to our growth, making sure our properties stand out and reach the right buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our properties.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competition.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Organize and participate in property showings and sales events.
- Prepare marketing materials and present them to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in real estate.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, social media).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
