Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' academic performance, interests, and career goals to provide personalized guidance on study abroad programs.
Assist students in selecting suitable international academic programs, schools, colleges, and universities.
Provide counseling on study strategies, career planning, and skills development for global education.
Guide students through the international college/university application process, including essay writing, interview preparation, and visa documentation.
Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.
Collaborate with schools, institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance students' study abroad experiences.
Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions for students, parents, and educators on study abroad opportunities.
Assist in curriculum design and implementation for institutions focusing on international education.
Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and mentorship throughout the study abroad process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Study Abroad Consultant, Academic Advisor, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of international academic programs, college admissions, and visa procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using educational software, online tools, and databases.
Certification in career counseling or international education advising is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with standardized test preparation (SAT, ACT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
Familiarity with various international education systems and study destinations.
Knowledge of scholarship opportunities and financial aid for studying abroad.
Ability to conduct research and analyze global education trends.
