The Branch Manager will ensure that the company is running smoothly and efficiently. He will be accountable to the Regional Manager, and the responsibilities of the position require him to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all functions.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring they deliver professional and courteous service to all customers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, providing effective solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assess local market conditions, and identify current and prospective business growth opportunities.
- Oversee branch financial management.
- Manage and control all the Foreign Currency transactions, remittances, TTs, and Expenses.
- Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, foreign currency, and cash.
- Ensure supervision of all work of the concerned branch staff.
- Remain responsible for enforcing the code of conduct of the branch.
- Manage the branch honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all SBP’s regulations.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the branch operation, to ascertain policies being observed and implemented and that goals are being attained.
- Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and Company.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Follow other duties as assigned.
