We are looking for a Call Center Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Follow call scripts and ensure quality service standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Meet sales targets (if applicable) and promote company products/services.
  • Provide product/service information and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and call center systems.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in [mention language(s) required].
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
