We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team.
The candidate will be conversant with a customer over the phone to support the customer and maintain MIS on Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling and receiving calls from customer
- Resolve customer complaint
- Prepare MIS in Excel
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) is mandatory.
- Only Khoja / Gujrati and Memoni Speaking could apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills.
