Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong knowledge of both on-grid and off-grid solar energy systems.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with IP65 rated solar inverters, system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. In addition to the technical aspects of the role, this position will require excellent customer service skills as it involves providing online support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Design, install and test on-grid and off-grid solar energy systems.
Understand and work with IP65 rated solar inverters.
Provide technical support and resolve customer issues online.
Maintain the highest level of quality control for all solar installations.
Collaborate with the engineering team on design and implementation strategies.
Conduct site inspections and create detailed reports.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in the solar energy industry.
In-depth knowledge of on-grid and off-grid solar energy systems.
Familiarity with IP65 rated solar inverters.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service experience, particularly in providing technical support online.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other departments.
Proficiency in using design and simulation software.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job including working in different weather conditions.
