Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented 3D Animation Director to join our team and lead the production of 3D animated comedic short films for entertainment purposes. This role involves taking charge of the complete production cycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality animation aligned with predefined scripts. The ideal candidate will work closely with our animator and report directly to project producers, handling all creative and production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of the 3D animation production process from conceptualization to final output.
Ensure timely completion of animation projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Coordinate closely with producers and project owners to align production progress with project expectations.
Provide direction and support to the 3D animator, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least three years of professional experience in 3D animation or a closely related field.
Proficiency in Autodesk Maya is required. Familiarity with other 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage production timelines and interact with key stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing animation projects from inception to completion.
A creative mindset with a thorough understanding of animation workflows and industry standards.
