SEO Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert with a minimum of three years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive lead generation for our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for our target audience in the real estate industry.

2. Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and property listings, for search engines and user experience.

3. Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to improve website rankings and visibility.

4. Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our SEO strategy.

5. Monitor website performance using SEO analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

6. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO algorithms, tools, and best practices.

8. Work closely with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, such as site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.

9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align SEO initiatives with overall business objectives.

10. Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, to measure the success of SEO efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of three years of experience in SEO, preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic through effective SEO strategies.

4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

5. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

10. Passion for real estate and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
