Architect

Zarrar Designs, a leading architectural firm with a focus on innovative and sustainable design, is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and executing a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial developments, and will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring design quality and adherence to client requirements.
Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee and coordinate with construction teams to ensure the successful execution of designs.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical advice and creative solutions.
Review and approve project documentation and shop drawings.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with large-scale projects such as zoos, safari parks, or other recreational facilities.
Familiarity with landscape architecture and urban planning.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
