We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Order Processing:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Track and report on order status, handling any issues that arise.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement.
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to promote products.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and sales data.
  • Generate reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners for additional services and support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer database management.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The role may require occasional evening or weekend work, especially during peak sales periods.
  • Remote work options may be available.
