The Customer Services Representative (CSR)- sales is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information and driving sales through excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the store management team.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
