Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking two dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Promote and explain our products/services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Record and update customer information in the database.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu.
- Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
