Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calls:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Effectively communicate product/service value propositions.
  • Handle objections and address customer concerns professionally.
  • Close deals and secure new business.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Persuasive and convincing communication style.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software .
  • Experience in outbound sales (preferred).
