We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales team by contacting potential clients via phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients to set appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage and update the appointment calendar.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate.
  • Minimum 6 months call center experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Quick learner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
