- Managing organizational sales target by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Forecast periodic targets and driving initiatives to achieve sales target.

- The candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales target. Individual must have excellent knowledge of construction chemicals applications, specializing in Re-Strengthening works (CFRP), Epoxy Flooring/coating & waterproofing. Proficient in material and cost calculations, coupled in strong skills in managing labor is essential.
