We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and email marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, images, and videos, that align with brand voice and messaging.
- Manage and schedule social media content calendars.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and services, and build customer relationships.
- Craft compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience and drives action.
- Design and build visually appealing email templates using a marketing automation platform.
- Manage email lists and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations.
- Analyze email marketing performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and optimize campaigns for improved results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- A creative eye and a passion for storytelling.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in your target industry.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for email marketing.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design a plus.
