As a Sales and Dispatch Agent, you will facilitate sales orders and ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of products or services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate sales activities and logistics efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Process sales orders accurately and provide product/service information to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, quotations, and sales agreements.

Dispatch and Logistics:

  • Schedule and prioritize deliveries based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare and dispatch products on time.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through efficient order processing and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales coordination, dispatch, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

  • Intermediate is preferred 
  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or dispatch operations is beneficial.
