PKR. 70,000 - 125,000/Month

This requirement is for our clients based outside Pakistan.
This is an office-based job, not work from home.
The Job duty timings would be roster-based (including night shift) for 9 hours a day, with one day off during the week. Based on clients’ requirements, work hours can be changed, so the employee has to accordingly adjust his duty schedule.
Exposure to world-class support processes, salary very attractive with lots of other perks.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in supporting IT Systems.
Working in a call center would be an added advantage.
Candidates chewing pan, and gutka, after or before office hours do not need to apply.
Candidates living out of Karachi, or having family outside Karachi do not need to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Windows Systems, Servers- Desktop, WAN/LAN, switches, routers, access points, and support ticket handling.
If you have experience in using Connectwise, please do mention it.
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet Net meetings will also be required.
Experience with MS Word and a little bit of MS Excel is required.
Experience in supporting Cisco and Fortinet Firewall is nice to have.

Excellent Speaking and Written Communication in the English language is a must. Please do not apply if you think you cannot talk in English Language for work-related communication.
