URGENT HIRING
GOOD ENGLISH SPEAKING ( WORK RELATED) & WRITING, IS A BASIC REQUIREMENT.
We are an IT company, based in Gulistan e Jauhar block 14, near Dar Ul Sehat Hospital, Karachi, growing with fast speed and have 2 to 3 urgent vacancies of Helpdesk Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers, who have hands on working experience.
· This requirement is for our clients based outside Pakistan.
· The Job duty timings would be roster based (including night shift) for 9 hours a day, with one day off during the week. Based on clients’ requirements, work hours can be changed, so employee has to accordingly adjust his duty schedule.
· Exposure to world class support processes, salary very attractive, as per market, with lots of other perks.

· All major Gazetted Holidays of Pakistan given.
Requirements:
· Graduation is a must.
· Minimum 5 years plus of (real) working experience in supporting IT Systems.
· Good knowledge on trouble shooting and support of MS Windows Systems, Servers- Desktop, WAN/LAN, switches, routers, access points, support tickets handling and network trouble shooting.
· If you have experience in using Connectwise, please do mention.
· Experience on MS Word and little bit of MS Excel is required.
· Experience in supporting Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls, Genesis Contact Center is nice to have.

· Excellent Speaking and Written Communication in English language is a must. Please do not apply if you think you cannot talk and write English Language for work related communication.
