• Provide assistance to the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in administering employee benefits and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Support HR-related programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and outside vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related matters.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and meetings, filing, and maintaining records.
