We're looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in the cable manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Generate leads, propose solutions, and negotiate deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, etc.)
Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of sales experience in cable manufacturing or related industry
Proven track record of sales success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong market knowledge and industry connections
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
