Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Handle employee communications, benefits, and compensation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
