Branch Manager / Student Consultant

World Wide Study Adviser is looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Student Consultant to lead our Sargodha branch. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in consultancy, with a specialization in handling UK student visas. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the branch operations, guide students through the UK visa process, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Sargodha branch, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Provide expert guidance to students on UK visa applications, university selection, and admission procedures.
Lead and manage a team of student consultants, ensuring they meet performance and service delivery goals.
Stay updated on UK immigration laws, visa regulations, and university admissions processes to provide accurate and timely advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, educational partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and oversee the accuracy of all student documentation.
Drive business growth by meeting student enrollment and revenue targets for the branch.
Maintain student records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
Address any challenges related to student admissions and visa processing efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in consultancy, with a specific focus on UK student visas.
In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws and university admissions processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and partners.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management software.
