SEO Specialist

As an SEO Specialist at Workflow Outsource, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our brand is easily discoverable across search engines. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and driving organic traffic growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to optimize website content.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
Perform regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide recommendations for website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a successful track record of improving organic search performance.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development.
Familiarity with local SEO strategies.
