SQA Engineer - Mid Level

We are seeking a Mid-Level SQA Engineer to join our dynamic team at Wolf of Digital, LLC, a US-based consulting tech company. This is a remote position where you will work closely with Project Managers (PMs), Developers, and Designers to ensure that software projects are delivered with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing and be able to demonstrate expertise in testing tools like Selenium, Jira, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, developers, designers) to understand project requirements and ensure the software is delivered with exceptional quality.
Plan and execute manual and automated tests, including functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
Identify, log, and track bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans, ensuring they align with project requirements and business goals.
Perform test case reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Contribute to strategic testing decisions and demonstrate leadership skills in fostering a quality-driven culture.

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on manual and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
Proficient in Jira for bug tracking, sprint planning, and issue management.
Solid understanding of agile development practices and familiarity with sprint cycles.
Ability to work strategically, collaborate with teams, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior QA engineers.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
Must have a reliable phone and strong internet connection to ensure smooth remote communication.
A high-quality laptop capable of running necessary testing tools and software efficiently.
