- Design and develop responsive websites for multiple real estate projects, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and branding guidelines.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, standards-compliant code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla to facilitate easy website maintenance and updates by non-technical users.
- Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools to enhance website functionality, such as property search, virtual tours, and contact forms.
- Optimize websites for search engine visibility (SEO) and performance, including page load speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser compatibility and error-free functionality.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to incorporate multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive features.
- Stay updated on emerging web development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve website quality and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve website-related issues for internal stakeholders and external users.
