The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This role also involves overseeing administrative functions to ensure efficient operations within the organization. The HR & Admin Manager will focus on improving employee relations, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
