To strengthen our sales efforts, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, with the ability to communicate effectively in a UK accent to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach: Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company, initiating contact through cold calls, emails, and follow-up communication to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from the initial client interaction to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Client Engagement: Understand the specific needs of UK-based businesses and present tailored solutions in web development, mobile app development, and UI/UX design.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, offering consultative sales approaches to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing your sales pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as development and design to ensure smooth project delivery post-sale.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on UK market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in IT services, specifically in web development, mobile app development, and UI/UX design.
  • UK Accent: Fluent in English with a professional UK accent, or capable of adapting to a UK-based communication style, ensuring effective engagement with UK clients.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities that inspire confidence and trust in clients.
  • Tech Knowledge: Solid understanding of web technologies, mobile platforms, and UI/UX design principles, enabling you to present solutions that meet client needs.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on sales performance.
  • Target-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with UK clients, with in-depth knowledge of the UK market, business culture, and industry trends.
  • Background in selling IT services to industries such as beauty, fitness, wellness, healthcare, e-commerce, restaurant or education.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and business development strategies.
