We are looking for a highly creative designer with a strong marketing mindset who can plan and take conceptual ideas and create visual representations for email campaigns.
- Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to the final deliverable.
- Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that converts.
- The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

What You'll Do
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for various materials, including email templates, campaigns, presentations, web pages, short videos/GIFs, and marketing material.
- Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Who You Are
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, motion designing, and other graphic design software.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- Unapologetically obsessed with quality.
- Able to make mistakes and learn from them.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent eye for detail.
