As a sales representative, you will be responsible for making both inbound and outbound sales calls and recording accurate and detailed notes of each call in a spreadsheet.
Developing and implementing follow-up strategies that are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each potential client
Advising clients on potential investment opportunities based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and building long-term relationships with potential clients.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and investment activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification; Bachelor
Min 1-year real estate experience is required
Good Communication skills
Strong Convincing attitude toward clients
Actively managing social media
Motivated and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
