Project Manager - React Native

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in React Native development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in React Native and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks and maintaining quality
Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Conduct project retrospectives and identify areas for improvement
Continuously monitor industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and improve project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years of experience in React Native development and project management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Last degree must have more than 85% score
