We seek a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and high-quality web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.

Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in web development.
Deliver resilient and scalable code.
Contribute to overall system design.
Maintain existing code.
Fix bugs and do performance tuning and analysis.
Partner with our product and design teams to identify, prioritize, and implement new features.
Participate in code and design reviews.
Generate ideas for new initiatives.
Create best practices and mentor other engineers on these best practices.
Strong sense of responsibility; driving a project from inception to completion.
Knowledge of API development and integration.
Test-Driven Development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Solid understanding of JavaScript and front-end/back-end development.
Knowledge of UI/UX standards and best practices for web application development.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
