We are seeking an experienced and organized Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities in a systematic manner, ensuring appropriate and efficient division of tasks.

Major responsibilities:

Review, revamp and implement administrative policies and procedures to respond to queries, resolve issues, and provide information as needed.
Manage office attendants, gardeners, janitorial, security and administration support staff, and ensure that all assigned functions & duties are properly performed, executed, and delivered within time frames.
Being custodian of company assets, safeguard the infrastructure and report administrative concerns to management on a timely basis,
Manage contracts with service providers (e.g security, cleaning, (landscaping).
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance resident engagement and community building.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years related experience with a reputed company.
Proficiency in in MS Office
Odoo based ERP and accounting software in addition to a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
