We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our social media strategy and execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media campaigns, driving engagement, managing content creation, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage day-to-day activities across multiple platforms, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and responding to user engagement.
Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video content, tailored for each platform.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to achieve KPIs and goals.

Requirements:

Proven 3 to 5 Years work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or English.
Excellent understanding of social media management tools and analytics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
